This photo really stands out to me beacuse of the pure happyness and joy on her face you can tell its truely a non forsed smile.the colors are very vivid and everything really stands out and pops.

I chose this image as one of my stronger images because how much emotion i captured in morgans eyes.Filtered light seemed to look the best with my model.I learned that i really enjoy making the different emotions cause just by looking at this image you would never know two seconds latter i shot the next happyer frame below.I love the drastic emotion changes i find it fascinating.

I love the lighting i managed to get while positioned upwards using the leaf as a filter and i just like the swis cheese look from all the insects little bites. The color and compostion is what makes this photo so strong i especialy love how fresh and vibrent and burnt look it has.

This image im quite happy with and love the dark yet saturated colors i managed to capture.I set it up my self creating a kind of fresh food magazine look to it.

I love the realness of this photo and just how raw and intresting everything looks the lighting and angel just it all really captures the reall moment unedited non cropped just it is what it is. I also love the lack of intrest and concern on the faces of the women. You can just tell that they could care less if you took there photo and are probly used to it.

This photo just captures the high contrast difference in emotion and in color.I just really like how its like poor vs authority figures even the way the people are all positioned you can tell who thinks they are higher and better.The security guards Even are positioned higher in there stance. This photo almost looks like i set it up and said for people to do this but tahts just what i love about it so much is how real all it is but how awesome of a moment it is that i was lucky enough to capture.

object shoot

I chose this picture because it gives a different emotion,just from putting the light at the side its highlighted in a different area. Giving it a more mysterious and darker look.I also left the bottle empty on purpose to give it a more intriguing look and draw attention to the card. Over all i was trying to capture an "Alice in wonder land" type theme.

I chose this photo for my oject shoot because i like the simplisity and how clean the photo looks with soft edges created by the light box. I chose the light to be shawn down on from the top giving it a more heavanly glow.

Sandy Skoglund

Sandy's work has extreme color contrasts and slight realism's that are over exaggerated and multiplied by a hundred. her art is eccentric and creates surrealist images. Her work is half realism and half artificiality.Credits say she creates environments with unparalleled attention to detail,and her work is extremely labour intensive,requiring far more effort than would be needed to produce a photograph alone.
Some of her influences were Disneyland and American horror movies she liked the whole dream or nightmare elements.It usually take months to complete one photo. I think that she is amazing at what she dose and she is the exact style that i love to recreate and strive to be like.She clearly means that its more appealing the eyes and is visually strong but dose not have any hidden meaning behind it or make you think about what shes trying to say but just is what it is.

rule of thirds black and white

This picture unedited was not my favorite picture,but once i adjusted the contrast and lighting it became a stronger image.I was able to capture this interesting directional curved line, by getting slightly above eye level with the logs.Making morgan my off centered focal point.What makes this photo strong is the amount of detail and interesting lines.

bike and simplicity

This is a visually appealing image because the of the angel and coloring of the picture.I achieved this angel by getting quite low to the ground and kind of using the boat and trees to frame it as well.I think i captured the simplicity i was looking for,even though there is allot around the main focal point.

I think that this photo is a strong image because of the contrast between the shinny metal and the soft feather the black againts the white really makes it pop. I also just like how you can see each little section of the feathers fibers.
